A LUXURY goods website that includes edible chocolate skulls for $ US350 among its wares has opened its share offer ahead of listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. New Yorkbased AHAlife is described as a technology business that operates a global- curated luxury marketplac­e. It connects “discerning” clients with more than 2500 premium brands from around the world. The company makes money from transactio­ns without owning goods. AHAlife is seeking to raise at least $ 19.9 million through the issue of shares in ASXlisted INT Corporatio­n, with which AHAlife intends to merge.
