Pulse eyes off Vision

-

HEALTHCARE provider Pulse Health has lobbed a $ 158 million takeover offer for Vision Eye Institute. Pulse has put forward an offer that would see investors receive 1.6 Pulse shares for every Vision share they own. The offer implies a value of 88c per share, which is 31 per cent above Vision’s closing price on Friday. Both companies have been placed in a trading halt. Pulse said the takeover would create one of Australia’s leading providers of specialist healthcare services. Pulse shares last traded at 56c while Vision shares last traded at 65.5c.
