The cemetery haunted”.

Karina said Room 12A where I had a slept, undisturbed by phantoms, was “active” during the night of May 2.

Karina and her group of paranormal detectives concluded in their report that the Imperial was haunted, as was the local church and the cemetery. As an aside the group

definitely has also found ghosts in Townsville’s Great Northern, Newmarket and Sovereign Hotels.

( The group will be surveying the Railway Hotel for ghosts early next year).

If we call Ravennswood a ghost town wn some residents will be outraged.

They will phonene up and call your humble correspondent all l sorts of nasty names and say there are people who live there and that it is their home. They will say it is a lovely little town, except for the feral pigs that come into the yards at night and eat their vegie crops.

Like it or lump it Ravenswood is a ghost town. So much so that Ghost Tours Pty Ltd which conducts night tours of Boggo Road jail and the Toowong Cemetery in Brisbane are now taking paying clients to Ravenswood in search of these elusive spirits.

I hope they have better luck than this failed ghostbuster.
