Banks take sur­vey hit

ANZ and Na­tional Aus­tralia Bank have again found them­selves trail­ing their ri­vals in a sat­is­fac­tion sur­vey of the big four lenders’ busi­ness cus­tomers. NAB and ANZ again recorded an av­er­age sat­is­fac­tion rat­ing of 7.1 out of 10 in June, ac­cord­ing to DBM Con­sul­tants’ Busi­ness Fi­nan­cial Ser­vices Mon­i­tor. Ri­val banks West­pac and the Com­mon­wealth had av­er­age scores of 7.4 and 7.5 re­spec­tively.
