Tragic end to flyover
AN ALASKAN man flying over his daughter’s wedding reception died when the plane crashed after its landing gear hit trees, state police said. Michael Zagula, 54, was alone in the Cessna 206G when it went down near the small town of Trapper Creek on Sunday at 7pm. Guests had taken photos, cut the cake and started to barbecue when Mr Zagula decided to leave and do the flyover. “Everybody witnessed this, which makes it 10 times harsher,” a friend said. Mr Zagula was a former commercial pilot with years of experience.
