Get Real, Ramos isn’t moving

Townsville Bulletin - - SPORT -

ADAM Scott yesterday joined world No. 2 Jordan Spieth in the field for the Australian Open from November 26- 29. Golf Australia confirmed former world No. 1 Scott would return to compete in the nation’s most prestigious tournament. Although winless this year, Scott’s majors form has been strong with a fourth placing in the US Open and 10th in the Open Championship at St Andrews this week. The Queenslander won the Australian Open at New South Wales Golf Club in 2009. REAL Madrid manager Rafa Benitez has doused any suggestion that captain Sergio Ramos could be on the move to the English Premier League, issuing a firm “hands off” warning to Manchester United. And Benitez also reaffirmed yesterday that his side’s focus was on the start of the La Liga season on August 23, not necessarily winning tonight’s final International Champions Cup match against Manchester City at the MCG.
