THE city’sit ’ Wi Winter Racing Carnival gets under way today with the Townsville RSL 2YO Classic expected to draw a crowd of about 1800 eager racegoers to Cluden Park.
Townsville Turf Club chief executive Cassandra Cazzulino said the program would include seven local races, pig racing and children’s activities.
