LUNCHBOX CHALLENGE

Townsville Bulletin - - EDUCATION -

YEAR

2 students from Cranbrook State School have been working hard on a technology task, coming up with many novel ideas on how to build the ultimate lunchbox.

The Year 2KD students could use any materials they thought would be the best to make their own practical, but very stylish version.

There were a few guidelines to follow and then they could use their own imagination to bring it to fruition.

A colourful array of lunchboxes was presented, with each one having to hold a sandwich and orange then be able to be wiped clean with a wet cloth.

The class was a hive of activity and their excitement and pride was easily seen when it was time to show off their unique creations.

The most difficult part of the challenge was to see if each lunchbox could be wiped clean and still remain intact.

Congratulations Year 2, your lunches will be safe.

Student Tobias Ennis and, Taj Viliamu, Isabella Burden, Ladesha Pointing, with Zachary Varnes and Dean Sporn.
