De­scribed as an “Iron Lady” by her staff, Teo­dosia Ber­naldez is con­stantly in­spir­ing peo­ple even af­ter re­tir­ing early. GROW­ING

up, Teo­dosia ( pic­tured) has al­ways dreamt of be­ing an in­spi­ra­tion to peo­ple even for lit­tle things. This has been tat­tooed in her mind and she has al­ways striven for ex­cel­lence. She has worked hard and has be­come a man­ager for a com­pany where she man­ages 101 em­ploy­ees. In her depart­ment she is seen as a men­tor, a pro­tec­tor and to some she is even treated as their sec­ond mother. She strives to treat peo­ple as her own and in­cludes per­sonal de­vel­op­ment in meet­ings.
