TOWNSVILLE- GROWN for­mer MasterChef con­tes­tant Harry Foster is putting his cook­ing skills to good use in Tas­ma­nia.

Foster has teamed up with a friend to start Sym­bio­sis din­ing, a com­pany spe­cial­is­ing in gourmet event cater­ing, plat­ters, graz­ing ta­bles and pri­vate din­ing ex­pe­ri­ences.

With dishes like beef cheek cro­quettes with wasabi mayo and chicken karaage on of­fer, it all sounds pretty de­li­cious but un­for­tu­nately a bit far afield for us North Queens­lan­ders. More’s the pity.
