New air­craft for PG

BANGKOK Air­ways wel­comed its sev­enth brand-new ATR 72-600 to its fleet in Au­gust at Su­varn­ab­humi Air­port, Thai­land. The new-gen­er­a­tion plane man­u­fac­tured by ATR in France is equipped with a state of the art full­glass cock­pit mon­i­tor­ing and con­trol sys­tems plus com­fort­able seat­ing for 70 pas­sen­gers with large over­head bins. The freshly de­liv­ered air­craft was added to the ser­vices on the air­lines Samui, Sukhothai, Trat, Lam­pang, Luang Pra­bang, Yan­gon, Man­dalay and Siem Reap routes. Bangkok Air­ways’ fleet is cur­rently made up of 35 air­craft; 8 ATR72-500S, 7 ATR72-600S, 8 A320s, and 12 A319s.
