It’s been a busy end of the year at Quest Apart­ment Ho­tels with five new prop­er­ties com­ing on­line in Grif­fith (NSW), Port Ade­laide (SA), Dandenong (Vic), Fre­man­tle (WA) and Mac­quarie Park (NSW). Speak­ing at the open­ing of Quest Port Ade­laide in late Novem­ber, chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer Zed San­jana said the 103 room prop­erty, lo­cated near the iconic Fish­er­man’s Wharf Mar­kets and Birken­head Bridge was part of the city’s largest ma­jor de­vel­op­ment in 45 years. Coin­cid­ing with the de­but of Quest Port Ade­laide, the com­pany broke ground on two fur­ther projects - Quest Spring­field at Well­ness Way in Queens­land and Quest 478 St Kilda Road in the Vic­to­rian cap­i­tal. “Quest con­tin­ues its com­mit­ment to pro­vide adapt­able, premium ac­com­mo­da­tion op­tions where our core cus­tomer - the ex­tended stay busi­ness trav­eller - needs to be, in CBD, sur­bur­ban or re­gional lo­ca­tions.” At the sod turn­ing of Quest Spring­field, from left are Michael Suther­land; de­vel­oper, Maha Sin­nathamby; Ip­swich Mayor, Paul Pisas­ale; Quest Apart­ment Ho­tels GM - Growth, James Shields; di­rec­tor Kane Con­struc­tion, David Rut­ter; and Chris Mat­tes, head of com­mer­cial de­vel­op­ment.
