China Air­lines flies brand new jet to Am­s­ter­dam

China Air­lines has started fly­ing its lat­est long-haul air­craft, the Air­bus A350, to Am­s­ter­dam. The Tai­wanese na­tional car­rier com­menced a new non-stop ser­vice to the Nether­lands in De­cem­ber 2016, in part­ner­ship with KLM. And ef­fec­tive 8 Jan­uary 2017, the four weekly Taipei-Am­s­ter­dam flights will be op­er­ated us­ing the 306-seat, four-class A350. China Air­lines took de­liv­ery of its first ever A350 in Septem­ber last year.

Mean­while, the Tai­wanese air­line has re­vealed plans to re­duce its In­dian op­er­a­tions. For the 2017 sum­mer sea­son, run­ning from 26 March to 28 Oc­to­ber, the air­line will cut its Taipei-Delhi ser­vice from three to two flights per week.
