Qantas shows best of USA

QANTAS hosted 150 agents from across Aus­tralia at its third an­nual “best of USA” agent ex­pe­ri­ence in Syd­ney yes­ter­day.

De­signed to make learn­ing fun and in­ter­ac­tive, agents were taken on a tour of QF’s A380 air­craft and par­tic­i­pated in a se­ries of 20-minute ses­sions on the air­lines’ value propo­si­tions, prod­uct, net­work and part­ner­ships to and within the USA.

Speak­ing at the event, Rob Har­ri­son, head of agency part­ner­ships & busi­ness events at the air­line, said “to­day is about giv­ing agents an ex­pe­ri­ence of Qantas be­hind the scenes and it’s also about giv­ing agents the con­fi­dence to sell Qantas when talk­ing to cus­tomers”.

The day was sup­ported by Brand USA which gath­ered rep­re­sen­ta­tives from Hawaii, Los Angeles, San Fan­cisco, Las Ve­gas, Dal­las and New York to demon­strate the unique ex­pe­ri­ences on of­fer in each of the des­ti­na­tions.

Flights and ac­com­mo­da­tion were up for grabs for agents tak­ing the most cre­ative selfie and tag­ging #QFlovesUSA.
