ALL Nip­pon Air­ways (ANA) has selected ex­pe­ri­ence man­age­ment com­pany Qualtrics to pro­vide its cloud-based Ex­pe­ri­ence Man­age­ment Plat­form, in a bid to im­prove the air­line’s over­all cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence.

The new sys­tem will al­low ANA to de­velop bet­ter mea­sure­ments that “ac­cu­rately un­der­stand cus­tomer de­mands and sat­is­fac­tion”.
