NEW South Wales Opposition Leader Luke Foley says if elected to power Labor has a plan to cut waiting times and lists for elective surgery.

He said the one-off Elective Surgery Acceleration Plan would target cataract removal, orthopedic surgery, and ear, nose and throat by expanding these “routine” procedures into smaller hospitals – and other medical facilities, claiming it will cut lists by 10% and cost $80 million.
