1. Mur’bah Show

THE big­gest show in the Tweed is back for its 118th year, with plenty of sur­prises planned. The Mur­willum­bah Show is stocked with all the es­sen­tial el­e­ments any great coun­try show has to of­fer, in­clud­ing a rodeo, art show, show jump­ing and car­ni­val rides. 2. Learn yoga

THERE’S an open day party for yo­gis and po­ten­tial yo­gis to­day in Mur­willum­bah as Hot Yoga Mur’bah throws open its doors for free classes all day. 7am Hot Hatha, 8.30am Hot Vinyasa Flow, 10am Vin-yin. Book­ing for classes rec­om­mended to se­cure your spot. Mes­sage your name, phone num­ber and what class or classes you will be at­tend­ing to book to 0413 203 600. 3. Walk­ers run

THE Gold Coast Run­ners Club heads south this Sun­day to join the Twin Towns Run­ners and Walk­ers Club for an en­joy­able morn­ing so­cial run, fol­lowed by a fab­u­lous break­fast spread, 7–9am, Cun­ning­ham Park, Tweed Heads. The Twin Towns Run­ners and Walk­ers Club caters for all abil­i­ties and age groups from 18 upwards and is al­ways pleased to wel­come vis­i­tors and lo­cals.

4. King of the Coast

THE Fa­mous King of the Coast’s In­ter-club Chal­lenge be­tween the Gold Coast Body­board­ing Club and the Sun­shine Coast is back this Sun­day for its fourth year at Du­ran­bah. The best rid­ers are selected from each club to go in a head-to-head bat­tle to claim nam­ing rights as the num­ber-one club in Queens­land. A spec­tac­u­lar day of body­board­ing ac­tion that’s guar­an­teed to en­ter­tain us all. 7am–3pm.
