THE E36’S TIME HAS FINALLY COME

YEAH, I KNOW. I’ve owned a string of AMG Mercs but there’s something about the BMW M3 that earns my respect. When the E36 M3 came out, some were disappointed that it didn’t feel as raw as its predecessor, but drive one now and you probably won’t mind. The 3.2litre si x is an a ll-time great, wit h an awesome soundtrack when you nut it to its 8k redline. This 321hp Evo model got the double VANOS va lve gear which needs look ing after, so look for one minus t he old deat h ratt le. Estoril Blue has to be the best colour for an E36 M3, and t hius one’s got t he hard top roof and t he si xspeed manual. It looks to have been well looked d af ter so it ticks a ll of my boxes. What else can you get t hat’s half t his ta lented for $26k?
