BOBBIN NOODLE £ 380

Urban Cyclist - - Directory -

The Noodle comes in single- and eight-speed depending on your riding vice, but we tested the single version. As expected for a bike of such frugality, it’s constructed from high-tensile steel, or hi-ten for short. It’s the heaviest steel used in bike frames, ensuring the Noodle is a weighty beast. The knock-on effect is a Noodle with pretty cumbersome acceleration but once it’s up and going, it cruises along nicely. Frame Hi-tensile steel / Fork Rigid hi-tensile steel / Wheels Double-wall 700c alloy / Transmission 170mm steel chainset / Brakes Tektro alloy side-pull www.bobbinbikes.com
