Dairy Flat Farm opens in Daylesford
Highly respected Victoria culinary operators, the Wolf-Tasker family, have opened Dairy Flat Lodge and Farm in Daylesford. The family, who run Lake House Daylesford, are expanding their luxury and culinary offering with this 15-hectare regenerative farm, extensive kitchen garden, vineyard, established olive grove and orchard. A European-style lodge on site has capacity for up to 14 guests. A highlight of Dairy Flat Farm is its bakehouse, created within a semi underground cellar space accessed via a tunnel beneath the lodge. The bakery will be operated in collaboration with Michael James, formerly of Melbourne’s renowned Tivoli Road Bakery – running regular sourdough baking classes on site for lodge guests.
