New Year at Shangri-la
Shangri-la Hotel’s Café Mix understands Chinese people’s passion for their local cuisines, and they have invited Shang Palace’s chef Fred Zhou to collaborate with Head Chef Bo Sorensen to create a special Lunar New Year menu. The result is a stunning infusion of 12 regional Chinese dishes, inspired by the Lunar New Year tradition, into the already lavish seafood buffet. Those who enjoy these signature dishes will be sure to enjoy a very happy Lunar New Year.
