The Tokar Win­ery was awarded five-stars by ac­claimed by renowned som­me­lier, James Hal­l­i­day. Tokar Win­ery’s wine­maker, Martin Siebert has mas­ter­fully com­bined wine­mak­ing pro­cesses of New Zealand and France with the re­fined Tokar process to achieve an im­pec­ca­ble taste. “Once the fruit reaches its pin­na­cle, and the har­vest is reaped, fine wine is fore­seen,” says Martin Siebert.
