Lemon, raspberry and yoghurt mug puddings

Whisk together all the ingredients, except berries, with a fork, in a 1 cup (250ml) capacity tea cup or mug. Sprinkle with berries. Microwave on high for one minute or until cake appears cooked through.
Serve with vanilla yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
If cake appears undercooked, add another 10 seconds of cooking.
Recipe cooking time may vary depending on wattage of Microwave or thickness of mug or tea cup used.
Substitute blackberries for the raspberries, if desired.
