WHEN it comes to plan­ning your wed­ding at Qual­ity Ho­tel Wan­garatta Gate­way, the key­word is flex­i­bil­ity.

He has re­cently com­pleted fur­ther stud­ies in the hos­pi­tal­ity and business area and is an in­te­gral mem­ber of the Jones Ho­tel Group team.

His ‘can do’ per­son­al­ity, af­fa­ble ap­proach and ex­em­plary hos­pi­tal­ity skills make him the ideal per­son for the job.

Mr Tucker said that he is highly com­mit­ted to de­liv­er­ing qual­ity, smooth and per­sonal ser­vice to all in­volved in ev­ery event that is held at the Gate­way.

“We’re pretty flex­i­ble to ac­com­mo­date cus­tomer re­quire­ments,” he said.

“I pride my­self on a higher level of ser­vice and con­sis­tency.”

He added that cre­at­ing a per­fect wed­ding day or event was all a team ef­fort with his fel­low staff mem­bers, and they are only too happy to ac­com­mo­date spe­cial re­quests.

Mr Tucker also praised the food at the Gate­way, say­ing that the kitchen is staffed by “top notch” staff, in­clud­ing chefs and qual­i­fied pas­try chefs.

“They take it to a whole other level,” he said.

The Qual­ity Ho­tel Wan­garatta Gate­way wed­ding menu, valid un­til the end of next year, is once again ex­ten­sive and utilises some of the finest in­gre­di­ents avail­able in the re­gion.

En­trees in­clude toasted co­conut and roasted pump­kin soup, while main cour­ses in­clude such tempt­ing fare as lo­cal chicken breast on brie and semi dried tomato puree, fin­ished with herb veloute, and the mouth­wa­ter­ing dessert menu in­cludes salted caramel cream cheese­cake served with caramel sauce and Chan­tilly cream.
