BORINYA Wangaratta Community Partnership VCAL students launched a social enterprise yesterday to raise funds for North East Support and Action for Youth (NESAY).

Mullinmur Enterprise opened with an online store, selling a range of products including hexagonal shelves handcrafted by the VCAL students.

Mullinmur is a Bpangerang word for platypus, which is also the name of the billabong behind the Borinya campus.

NESAY is a huge support to disadvantaged students at Borinya and the school decided it was time to give back.

Students will also run a pop-up shop in Wangaratta on November 20, 21 and 24 at 21A Murphy Street.
