A day for us all to cel­e­brate di­ver­sity

COME and cel­e­brate the In­ter­na­tional Day of Peo­ple with Dis­abil­ity at the In­clu­sion in the Arts event on Wed­nes­day, Novem­ber 29.

The pro­gram will run from 10am to 1pm at the Unit­ing Church hall in Rowan Street with free ac­tiv­i­ties in­clud­ing ac­ces­si­ble yoga, jump­ing cas­tle, en­ter­tain­ment by Dan Hen­wood and Robyn York, ‘The Block – VCAL style’, Christ­mas card mak­ing, por­trait sketch­ing and lan­yard mak­ing.

Morn­ing tea and cof­fee pre­pared by Wan­garatta District Spe­cial­ist School (WDSS) VCAL stu­dents will be avail­able for a gold coin do­na­tion. There will also be doll­houses for sale. The day is or­gan­ised by WDSS and the Depart­ment of Health and Hu­man Ser­vices.
