BREAKFAST PREPARED: Getting off to a good start were Millie Meggs, Kristie Meggs, (photobomber Toby Alker-Jones), Hayley Brewer, Ellie Meggs and Dave Woodburne. c B

THE ever popular Breakfast Club is open again on Tuesdays between 8am and 8.30am with a nutritious menu of cereal, fruit toast, toast and warm Milo.

The Breakfast Club has been well supported by students with parents and staff as volunteers.

The children really enjoy interacting with each other and the adults in the informal atmosphere where students benefit by starting their day with a balanced healthy breakfast.

The children readily assist collecting plates, help clean tables and put food into the compost bin, chores some may have to be constantly reminded to do at home.

The school community thanked Mr Woodburne for continuing to coordinate the Breakfast Club and all the volunteers.
