DAYLIGHT SAVING - DREAM OR NIGHTMARE:

Wangaratta Chronicle - - News -

Not everyone is overjoyed about the commencement of daylight saving on Sunday morning, not least those poor souls who may have a large clock collection which needs to be adjusted or maybe a staff member in a jewellery store. Pictured is Molly Bate at Wangaratta Jewellers this week living the biennial nightmare as she got an early start adjusting the hands on the large range of clocks in stock. The official changeover comes Sunday morning at 2am when you should wind your clock forward to 3am. Of course there is no law against adjusting your timepiece the night before when you go to bed to avoid any embarrassment the next day. We will go through it all again on April 7 but we will worry about that then.
