Are you en­rolled to vote in elec­tion?

VIC­TO­RI­ANS have un­til 8pm next Tue­day to en­rol to vote, or up­date their de­tails, ahead of the state elec­tion on Novem­ber 24.

Vic­to­rian Gover­nor Linda Des­sau is­sued the writs for the Vic­to­rian state elec­tion yes­ter­day, for­mally trig­ger­ing the elec­tion process and dis­solv­ing the Vic­to­rian Par­lia­ment.

The Vic­to­rian Elec­toral Com­mis­sion said this would be the largest state elec­tion that Vic­to­ria has ex­pe­ri­enced in terms of voter num­bers.

The VEC’s early vot­ing cen­tres will be open from Mon­day, Novem­ber 12 to Fri­day, Novem­ber 23, for those un­able to vote on polling day.

To en­rol, or check your de­tails prior to the rolls of­fi­cially clos­ing at 8pm next Tues­day, visit the VEC’s web­site at vec. vic.gov.au.
