Free fitness class with a for­mer Bach­e­lor

FOR­MER The Bach­e­lor star Sam Wood wants to help peo­ple be fit and healthy with min­i­mal ef­fort.

Fol­low­ing the suc­cess of his on­line pro­gram, Wood has re­leased the life­style book 28 by Sam Wood.

Us­ing the motto ‘progress, not per­fec­tion’, it aims to help Aus­tralians “lose weight, feel bet­ter and take con­trol of their health from the com­fort of their homes and in just 28 min­utes a day”. It com­bines Wood’s ex­pe­ri­ence as a per­sonal trainer with the knowl­edge of nu­tri­tion­ist Steph Lowe and can be adapted to suit dif­fer­ent tastes, di­etary re­quire­ments and fitness lev­els.

To pro­mote his book, Wood will be lead­ing a free 28-minute fitness class at Neil Hawkins Park in Joon­dalup from 4.30pm on Satur­day, April 22, fol­lowed by a book sign­ing with copies avail­able to buy.
