Wanneroo Times - - Street Watch -

More than 1100 motorists took advantage of the e-waste collection at Craigie Leisure Centre, dropping off items such as computers, televisions, printers, scanners, mobile phones, digital and video cameras, gaming equipment, telephones and DVD and video players.

The e-waste collection will ensure resources such as tin, nickel, aluminium, copper, lead and mercury are recovered and re-used to keep old technology out of landfill and to stop potentially hazardous materials from leaking into the environment.

The City of Joondalup’s e-waste drop off day went well.
