THE Innovation Institute and City of Wanneroo is launching a series of free entrepreneurship workshops for young people living in Girrawheen and Koondoola.
The Young Entrepreneurs Program will include workshops at the Girrawheen Hub and Library from October 14 to December 16.
Themes for the Saturday workshops will be ‘I want to be an entrepreneur’ from 10am to 1pm and ‘Learn to run a pop-up cafe’ from 10am to noon.
The program aims to provide young people living in Girrawheen and Koondoola with a supportive environment to create a better understanding of enterprise and entrepreneurship
Young participants can learn how to turn an idea into a practical business or learn and acquire skills in running a pop-up cafe.
