Jam-packed April school holiday program
There is something happening almost every day of the two-week break from school, from north to south and covering a wide range of interests and activities. From mobile laser tag to chocolate creation workshops, getting back to nature at Yanchep National Park and fitness and nutrition sessions, there is something for everyone. Children will relish the challenge of solving Anzac mystery boxes at the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre before baking Anzac biscuits at the Wanneroo Youth Centre. For sports enthusiasts, there is the three-day Multi-Sport Program, bound to keep children aged 6 to 12 active. This will be held at both the Wanneroo Recreation Centre and Gumblossom Community Centre. Or behold our amazing galaxy with a special star gazing session at the historical Cockman House. Many of the activities are free, while others are offered at a low cost. Please visit wanneroo.wa.gov.au/ youthschoolholidays for online bookings, or call 9405 5000 for more information. Bookings will close three days prior to the program being run. To find out more about the City’s children and youth programs, send your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org
