Change at top for Kira Inc

DIS­ABIL­ITY ser­vices provider Kira In­cor­po­rated has an­nounced a change at the top.

Vik Jeyaku­mar will be the north­ern sub­urbs-based not-for-profit or­gan­i­sa­tion’s new chief ex­ec­u­tive from Fe­bru­ary 6.

He has a back­ground in so­cial ser­vices se­nior man­age­ment, over­see­ing re­gional WA op­er­a­tions in Life With­out Bar­ri­ers’ WA lead­er­ship team – and was in­stru­men­tal in lead­ing the or­gan­i­sa­tion’s change man­age­ment pro­gram.

He has also held se­nior ex­ec­u­tive roles at Youth Fu­tures WA and was deputy chief ex­ec­u­tive at the WA peak body for youth ser­vices, YACWA.

Mr Jeyaku­mar said he looked for­ward to bring­ing his fresh vi­sion to rein­vig­o­rate Kira In­cor­po­rated through a pe­riod of change.

Kira In­cor­po­rated aims to sup­port peo­ple to thrive by en­cour­ag­ing in­de­pen­dence and en­abling clients liv­ing with dis­abil­i­ties to live life to the full. New CEO Vik Jeyaku­mar.
