Golf gear stolen from Drouin club

Golf gear and cloth­ing were stolen dur­ing a bur­glary at the Drouin Golf Club last week.

The bur­glary oc­curred overnight on Tues­day night.

Of­fend­ers jem­mied open a door to the clu­b­rooms in McGlones Rd, Drouin to gain ac­cess to the golf re­tail shop.

Golf bags, cloth­ing and sun­glasses val­ued at $5000 were stolen.

In an­other in­ci­dent on Wed­nes­day night, po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a bur­glary and theft at stor­age units in Roberts Crt, Drouin.

Of­fend­ers broke into a num­ber of stor­age units af­ter cut­ting pad­locks.

Camp­ing equip­ment, Hella driv­ing lights and se­cu­rity cam­eras were stolen.
