Seniors

It was a warm morning on Thursday and a good field of Seniors competed in their ninehole competitio­n.

The winner in the women’s division was Judy Dixon with 17 points.

The runner up was Glenda Warren with 15 points, followed by Mildred Lyon and Deb Daniel with 14 points. Then came Lorna Hoskins, Fay Downward, Pat Alexander, Julie Kidd, Nola Siddell, Dagmar Forbes and Ethel Manley with 13 points.

In the men’s division, it was a joint win with Willem Muller and Con Norris each scoring 21 points.

The runner up was Ray Fish with 19 points, followed by Reg Dixon, Peter Downward, Richie Thomas, and Vin Bibby with 18 points, and Ray Mooney, Kevin O’Brien, Rolf Loebert and Graham Dorling with 17 points.
