Buln Buln look to join WDJFL

Rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the Buln Buln Ju­nior Foot­ball Club have out­lined their in­ten­tion to af­fil­i­ate with the War­ragul Dis­trict Ju­nior Foot­ball League in sea­son 2018.

The club met with the WDJFL last week to out­line their in­ten­tion to field teams in un­der 10s, un­der 12s and un­der 14s.

Buln Buln Ju­nior Foot­ball Club work­ing group rep­re­sen­ta­tive Michael White said the WDJFL ex­ec­u­tive were very help­ful and pos­i­tive about the club’s ap­proach.

“We are thrilled to be po­ten­tially join­ing such a strong and suc­cess­ful com­pe­ti­tion,” he said.

“It is very ex­cit­ing for the com­mu­nity and town of Buln Buln to have ju­nior teams once again.”

BBJFC are now in the process of as­sem­bling pre­lim­i­nary play­ing lists in all age groups un­der 10s, un­der 12s and un­der 14s, and ex­pres­sions of in­ter­est can now be made for the 2018 sea­son.
