Women Drouin women played stableford on Tuesday, with the event sponsored by Christa Maydem.
The A grade winner Wendy Hitchens with 33 points, followed by Kaye Feaver with 32 points.
B grade was won by Anne Roberts with 40 points followed by 37 points.
Down the line balls went to Dagma Forbes with 35 points, Mary Tymensen 34 points, Debbie Battern and Vanessa with 33 points.
Nearest the pin on the fifth was Kaye Adam, the eighth Megan Ford and the 10th Debbie Batten. Karen Adams won the pro-pin.
Next Tuesday is a stroke event sponsored by Audrey Smedhurst and Pat. Seniors It was a lovely sunny morning for the Drouin seniors nine-hole event on Thursday with short sleeves the order of the day.
It was a joint win in the women’s division with Robyn O’Brien and Dagmar Forbes each scoring 17 points.
The runners up were Shirley CampbellSmith, Ethel Manley, Mildred Lyon, Audrey Smethurst and Marion Devlin each scoring 16 points, and Marg Cox scoring 15 points.
In the men’s division the winner was Benny Wyatt with 19 points.
The runners up were Graeme Alexander and Max Luck each with 18 points, followed by Richard Ford with 17 points, Richie Thomas with 16 points, and Ray Fish with 15 points.
