■ CRT Far­mFest is Queens­land’s largest field days and one of the fastest grow­ing agri-events in Aus­tralia, with more than 60,000 vis­i­tors ex­pected.

■ CRT Far­mFest is cel­e­brat­ing its 38th an­niver­sary, com­menc­ing in 1974, and now rep­re­sent­ing more than 2000 busi­nesses, or­gan­i­sa­tions and au­thor­i­ties.

■ The ded­i­cated 15Ha CRT Far­mFest site at Kingsthorpe Park is be­ing ex­panded, with 45 new sites added near the north­ern car park. A num­ber of larger ma­chin­ery ex­hibitors have ex­panded their sites.

■ There is a new em­pha­sis on drone tech­nol­ogy at the demon­stra­tion area, plus in­creased Farm Ma­chin­ery de­mon­stra­tions in­clud­ing a driver­less trac­tor.

■ For those want­ing quick nav­i­ga­tion, CRT Far­mFest has its own free app.

■ CRT Far­mFest has its own ra­dio sta­tion – for the sec­ond time Far­mFest FM, pow­ered by CRT com­mences trans­mis­sion dur­ing the event.

■ CRT Far­mFest is staged over three days in early June each year. This year its Tues­day, Wed­nes­day and Thurs­day, June 6, 7 and 8.

■ CRT Far­mFest site is lo­cated 20km west of Toowoomba, off the War­rego Hwy.
