Rain saved for later in Rose City’s week
CLOUDS painted an ominous picture across Warwick’s skies yesterday afternoon, but the full effects aren’t expected to be felt until later in the week.
The Rose City has a 40% chance of rain both today, Thursday and Friday, with a potential of up to 3mm of rain to fall.
Temperatures across the three days are predicted to fluctuate between 26 and 27 degrees.
Plans for the weekend could be set for a bit of a shake-up, as the Bureau of Meteorology is anticipating showers and a possible storm to rock Warwick on Saturday.
There is an 80 per cent chance of rain to kick off the weekend, with rainfall likely to hit in the early morning and afternoon, with up to 10mm falling.
Sunday isn’t expected to fare much greater, with a 40 per cent chance of rain.
Temperatures for the weekend are set to drop well below the November average, with a top of 22 on Saturday and 23 on Sunday.
