ŠKODA Aus­tralia has added more value and stan­dard equip­ment into its Su­perb sedan and wagon range for its 2018 mod­els, which will be on sale from Septem­ber.

All ver­sions of the big sedan or wagon will come with side as­sist (blind spot de­tec­tion), lane as­sist, 9.2-inch Colum­bus in­fo­tain­ment screen, rear traf­fic alert, traf­fic jam as­sist and emer­gency as­sist as stan­dard equip­ment.

The pack­age, worth $2770, adds $700 to Su­perb 162TSI and 140TDI and $800 to Su­perb 206TSI 4x4.

The Su­perb Sport­line in­cludes a more com­pre­hen­sive fitout with the ad­di­tional fea­tures of adap­tive chas­sis con­trol, vir­tual pedal, pre­mium Canton sound sys­tem, au­to­matic park­ing as­sist, elec­tri­cally ad­justable pas­sen­ger seats and heated seats in the rear.

The $7510 pack­age adds $4800 to the Sport­line’s price.

All Su­perbs come with fac­tory backed five-year war­ranty and stan­dard DSG au­to­matic trans­mis­sion.

Prices range from $40,690 to $56,790.

Some new ad­di­tions have been made to Skoda’s Su­perb range.
