De­signed by Burleigh De­sign ar­chi­tects, the apart­ments sit in an en­vi­able po­si­tion, with tran­quil river and sky­line views.

Sotheby’s Projects and De­vel­op­ments man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Pa­trick Pan­cur said apart­ments were priced be­tween $565,000 and $1.155 mil­lion and have been pop­u­lar with buy­ers with 40 per cent sold since its re­lease in April.
