STYLE has no boundaries at this waterfront property.

Each of the five bedrooms could have come out of a home magazine with meticulous styling by homeowners Meg and Alan Barnes.

The couple bought the property two years ago and said it was partially renovated when they found it.

“My wife and I just put the finishing touches on it,” Mr Barnes said.

“She is very clever when it comes to decorating.”

French doors, cathedral ceilings and a stunning colour palette creates a serious fashion statement at Viking Court.

According to Mr Barnes, the backyard becomes a sensation when his frangipani trees bloom and create a bright yellow feature.

Sprawled out on one level, the house comes with a steam room and temperaturecontrolled wine cellar.

“We entertain a lot and the house has a great layout for having guests around,” he said. “The kitchen is big and its an unobstructed pathway to the outdoor entertaining area.”

Mr Barnes and his wife, who are originally from Sydney, said they owned a slice of Bondi in their backyard.

“There is a small private sandy beach and it reminds me of Bondi Beach, but maybe even better,” he said.
