ROBINA Group has fast-tracked the launch of stage two of its $170 million Vue Terrace Homes in Robina with 15 sales totalling $9.8 million already secured.

The new stage includes 62 architecturally-designed terrace homes. Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said stage one was almost sold out and sales in the first stage had reached $36 million.

“Homes in stage two have been highly anticipated, prompting us to push the button on their release to meet the strong demand we have already been fielding,” she said.

“These terrace homes are undoubtedly some of the most well positioned in the community and will capture absolutely stunning views across the neighbouring 17ha of parkland.

The appeal of buying a property off the plan led first homebuyer Elaine Fang (pictured) to Vue Terrace Homes.

“Buying off the plan allowed me to put down a small 10 per cent deposit and I can use the time before settlement to save and reduce the amount of finance I will need to borrow,” she said.

“Vue Terrace Homes boasts an attractive location and resort-style amenities, and I was immensely impressed by the modern design, quality fittings and functional layout, including generous bedrooms.

“I was given a choice of three contemporary interior schemes with European appliances and high quality finishes. I looked at many other homes before finding Vue Terrace Homes — and it simply ticked all the boxes.”

Ms Fang, who previously lived in Robina for 10 years, said the suburb was also the perfect place to invest.

“It is an ideal location to live, work and play, with shops, public transport, hospitals and schools all within proximity, and the beach only a short drive away,” she said.

“Being part of a gated community gives me peace of mind knowing I live in a safe and secure environment, and the resort-style pool and barbecue facilities will also allow me to comfortably host family and friends.”

Designs include three bedrooms plus media across two levels, with access to an exclusive-resident pool and barbecue area, complete with relaxation zones, grass decking and barbecues with park and water vistas.

Vue Terrace Homes, on East Lane, will include a second multi-use living and study area, European appliances, tile and timber flooring options, and the project will have NBN connectivity on completion.

Civil works are underway with construction expected to start this year.
