BLOOM, a $200-million dollar community, is springing to life on the Gold Coast’s northern corridor.

Sprawled out on 26ha at Celestial Way, Coomera, the new masterplanned community is being developed by West End developer Pointcorp.

The community will offer 344 new homes priced between $450,000 to $788,000. Pointcorp director Chris Vitale said he was excited to embark on Pointcorp’s next major community.

“Over the past 15 years we’ve striven to create vibrant, socially sustainable communities and Bloom will be no different,” Mr Vitale said.

“Bloom is located right next to some of Queensland’s best theme parks and is surrounded by recreational and sporting amenities.

“Each home will be designed and built by Pointcorp uniquely.”

The first stage of the community comprises 46 house and land packages, which are currently for sale.

Construction is expected to be complete by mid 2019.
