SOUTHPORT development Madison on High was launched to the market earlier this year and features residences designed for owner occupiers.

The project, at 91 High St , has expansive views of the Broadwater and the Gold Coast skyline, and includes 18 apartments ranging from 96 sqm to 109 sqm. Resident amenities include a rooftop entertaining area, full security and dedicated storage spaces for residents on each floor.

Madison on High also features an innovative car stacking systems that offers some apartment owners the capacity to securely store two cars in the ground floor car park. Developer Don Jury, who has been associated with the industry for 30 years, plans to retain a number of apartments in the project while placing the remaining seven on the market.

“I’ve got a lot of faith in the future of Southport, so I’m happy to hold on to the properties for some time,” Mr Jury said. “We’ve designed the apartments especially for the end user, so I can only see them going up in value.”

Madison on High is marketed by Jackson Paradise and Travis Miller of Ray White Surfers Paradise. The auction will be at the Gold Coast Turf Club, Bundall, at 11am on October 5.
