New images released today give potential buyers a glimpse of The Star Gold Coast’s integrated resort The Star Residences.

The 423 apartments will occupy the top 33 levels of the $400 million, 53-storey tower, which will also incorporate 300 hotel rooms over 13 levels, new bars and restaurants, resort facilities, car parking and shops.

The project is being developed by the Destination Gold Coast Consortium, a joint venture between The Star Entertainment Group, Far East Consortium and Hong Kongbased Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.

The apartments were designed by Cottee Parker Architects in conjunction with DBI Design.

Sales agent Jayde Pezet said The Star Residences Gold Coast were unlike anything else in the region.

“All apartments boast an open plan design with floor to ceiling windows, so there are incredible views from almost every room and vantage point within each residence,” Mr Pezet said.

“With just seven to 13 apartments per floor and four resident-only lifts, buyers will have easy access to their abode and an array of resort amenities, including a dedicated recreation area with a gym, pool and spa, yoga
