Most inviting new entryway

Weekend Gold Coast Bulletin - Property - - AUCTION -

MORE than $35 million has been spent at Sanctuary Cove over the past two years as developer Mulpha continues to invest in the luxury residential resort.

Mulpha executive Mathew Williams said the work included paved roads and landscaping and a new entryway via Sickle Ave (pictured).

Mr Williams said the Sickle Ave entryway had previously been mainly used as a trades entrance.

“However, with the development of premium new land on Sanctuary Point, Sanctuary Pines and Sanctuary Greens, more residents will be using this access point so it was a must to transform this entrance,” he said.
