It’s all looking grand
The Grand Auction Showcase is destined to be a great litmus test for where the market is heading as we enter 2018
ONE of the first Gold Coast auction events of the 2017-2018 summer – the Grand Auction Showcase – is set for December 4.
The team at Amir Mian Prestige Property Agents will take 18 Gold Coast properties to auction on the night.
“These range from individual units and unit blocks, to vacant land, and a combination of medium-sized homes to luxury mansions,” principal Amir Mian said. “It’s a litmus test of the current market and how it will move in 2018.”
“As we are the first agency to go through the major auction event for the end 2017, everyone’s eyes are on us to see where the market is at, and how many will sell under the hammer.”
The Grand Auction Showcase will be held at Main Beach’s Palazzo Versace from 5.30pm.
Among the properties on offer is a mega mansion (pictured above) on Paradise Waters.
The property, at 79-81 Commodore Drive, is on a huge 1767sq m riverfront block.
The hotel-like residence was designed and built in 1987 by then fledgling builder Soheil Abedian, the founder of Sunland, for Gold Coast property figure Max Christmas.
