VENDORS Michael and Karen Trickey have had plenty to love about their stunning home.

“We love the view, we love the activity on the water, our children love it because they have their own little sections in the house with their own bathrooms,” Mrs Trickey said.

A range of living spaces from a decadent master suite, to a media room, and a rumpus room ensured the couple and their now 20-year-old and 18-year-old children had plenty of space.

“My favourite feature would be the indoor-outdoor living that opens onto the pool setting,” said Mrs Trickey, who is selling to downsize.

“We wanted a house with easy living and something to be able to bring family and friends over and entertain them.”

The sense of spaciousness inside the house is accentuated by sleek stone, glass and timber finishes, with soaring ceilings.

Outside, lush low-maintenance gardens frame the property, past the alfresco and pool setting, before sandstone steps lead to the water’s edge.

“We get beautiful sunsets over the water and the entry has skyline views, it’s pretty grand too,” Mrs Trickey said.
